Five-Year Limited Warranty
Every Milwaukee air nailer - stapler is warranted to the original purchaser only to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to certain exceptions, Milwaukee will repair or replace any part on an air nailer - stapler which, after examination, is determined by Milwaukee to be defective in material or workmanship for a period of five (5) years after the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to damage that Milwaukee determines to be from repairs made or attempted by anyone other than Milwaukee authorized personnel, misuse, alterations, abuse, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or accidents.
Normal wear: air nailers – staplers, like all power tools, these products need periodic parts replacement and service to achieve best performance. This warranty does not cover repair when normal use has exhausted the life of a part including, but not limited to o-rings, seals, bumpers and driver blades.
Warranty registration is not necessary to obtain the applicable warranty on a Milwaukee product. The manufacturing date of the product will be used to determine the warranty period if no proof of purchase is provided at the time warranty service is requested.

Two-Year Limited Warranty
Your Milwaukee airless paint sprayer is warranted to the original purchaser only to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to certain exceptions, Milwaukee will repair or replace any part on your Milwaukee airless paint sprayer which, after examination, is determined by Milwaukee to be defective in material or workmanship for a period of two (2) years after the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to damage from repairs made or attempted by anyone other than an Authorized Airless Paint Sprayer Service Center, misuse, alterations, abuse, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or accidents.
Warranty registration is not necessary to obtain the applicable warranty on a Milwaukee airless paint sprayer. The manufacturing date of the product will be used to determine the warranty period if no proof of purchase is provided at the time warranty service is requested.

Special Promotional Extended Lifetime Aluminum Shroud Warranty for Deep Cut Band Saws manufactured in 2008 and sold with qualifying Flyer
For a limited time, Milwaukee is extending its standard, 5-year limited warranty on all products to provide additional coverage on the aluminum rear drive and front pulley shrouds on deep cut band saws manufactured in 2008, Models 6230, 6232-6, 6236 and 6238. With this promotion, Milwaukee’s standard 5-year limited warranty is extended to the life of the tool for the aluminum rear drive and front pulley shrouds only on deep cut band saws manufactured in 2008, and this special promotional warranty will extend to damage caused by normal wear and tear. Under this special promotion, Milwaukee will repair, free of charge, any damage to the aluminum rear drive and front pulley shrouds on the specified Milwaukee deep cut band saws, including damage caused by normal wear and tear. Unless otherwise specifically stated above, all of the conditions and exceptions found in Milwaukee’s standard 5-year limited warranty remain applicable to these qualifying products.

Limited Warranty
Every Milwaukee REDLITHIUM USB battery and charger* is warranted to the original purchaser only to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to certain exceptions, Milwaukee will repair or replace repair a REDLITHIUM USB battery or charger which, after examination, is determined by Milwaukee to be defective in material or workmanship for a period of two (2) years after the date of purchase unless otherwise noted. This warranty does not apply to damage that Milwaukee determines to be from repairs made or attempted by anyone other than Milwaukee authorized personnel, misuse, alterations, abuse, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or accidents.
Normal wear: This warranty does not cover repair or replacement when normal use has exhausted the life of a part including, but not limited to charging cables, and wall plugs.
*This warranty does not cover cordless battery packs or chargers. There are separate and distinct warranties available for these products.

A valid warranty claim must be substantiated by the discovery of defective material or workmanship by Milwaukee.

Tooth Break Limited Lifetime Warranty
Milwaukee HOLE DOZER bi-metal* hole saw accessory products sold in the U.S.A. and Canada ("products") are warranted to the original retail purchaser only to be free from tooth breakage or fracture caused by material defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service for the lifetime of the product. This warranty does not apply to damage from misuse, alterations, abuse or normal wear and tear. Milwaukee will replace the product which, after examination, is determined by Milwaukee to have tooth breakage or fracture caused by materially defective material or workmanship.
This warranty does not apply to HOLE DOZER with carbide teeth hole saw accessory products.
Replacement of the product with a new or substantially similar product or, at Milwaukee’s option a refund of the purchase price paid by the purchaser, is the purchaser's exclusive remedy and Milwaukee's exclusive obligation under this warranty. In no event shall Milwaukee be liable for incidental, special, indirect, consequential or punitive damages arising out of any damage to, failure of, or defect in any product. Every Milwaukee laser distance meter (model nos. 48?22?9801, ?9802, and ?9803) is warranted to the original purchaser only to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to certain exceptions, Milwaukee will repair or replace any part on this meter which, after examination, is determined by Milwaukee to be defective in material or workmanship for a period of three (3) years after the date of purchase unless otherwise notes. This warranty does not apply to damage that Milwaukee determines to be from repairs made or attempted by anyone other than Milwaukee authorized personnel, misuse, alterations, abuse, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or accidents.
*Alkaline batteries that ship with the laser distance meter are not warranted by Milwaukee.

This warranty does not apply to damage that Milwaukee determines to be from repairs made or attempted by anyone other than Milwaukee personnel, misuse, alterations, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents.
This warranty does not cover a M12 Lithium-ion battery pack; there is a separate and distinct warranty available for a battery pack.

Lifetime Guarantee
Every Milwaukee mechanics hand tool (see list below)* is guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship during the useful life of the product. Except for damage caused by ordinary wear and tear, misuse, alterations, abuse, lack of maintenance, or accidents, Milwaukee will replace any mechanics hand tool that is determined by Milwaukee to be defective in material or workmanship during the useful lifetime of the mechanics hand tool.

*Gasoline engine warranty: The gasoline engine on a portable generator is separately warranted by the engine manufacturer and is serviced through the engine manufacturer’s authorized service center network. Milwaukee is not authorized and has no responsibility for warranty service of any nature whatsoever for a gasoline engine. If requested, Milwaukee will help you locate your nearest service facility for a gasoline engine.

**The warranty period for Job Site Radios, M12 Power Port, M18 Power Source, Jobsite FanM and Trade Titan Industrial Work Carts is one (1) year from the date of purchase. The warranty period for the Drain Cleaning Cables and AIRSNAKE Drain Cleaning Air Gun Accessories is two (2) years from the date of purchase. The warranty period for the M18 Compact Heat Gun, 8 Gallon Dust Extractor, and M18 Framing Nailers is three (3) years from the date of purchase. The warranty period for the LED in the LED Work Light and the LED Upgrade Bulb for the Work Light is the lifetime of the product subject to the limitations above. If during normal use the LED or LED Bulb fails, the part will be replaced free of charge.

Lifetime Tip Warranty
Every Milwaukee SHOCKWAVE MATRIX CARBIDE driver bit* is warranted to be free from tip breakage or fracture caused by material defects in material or workmanship during the useful life of the product. Except for damage caused by ordinary wear and tear that does not prevent the bit from driving screws, misuse, alterations, abuse, lack of maintenance, or accidents, Milwaukee will replace any SHOCKWAVE MATRIX CARBIDE driver bit that is determined by Milwaukee to be defective in material or workmanship during the useful lifetime of the SHOCKWAVE MATRIX CARBIDE driver bit.
*This warranty covers the driver bit tip only. The shank and shock zone are not covered by this warranty.
