The assembly includes a shank, adapter and 1"to 3" hard rubber pad to fit drills, grinders or sanders with 1/4-20 exterior threads. The assembly provides twist-on, twist-off attachment of 3M™ Roloc™ abrasive discs, saving time and improving efficiency.
