Tartan™ Tabletop Tape Dispenser by 3M®. Sturdy dispenser is made of rugged, high impact-resistant black plastic that stands up to the toughest work environments and looks good doing it. It easily handles film tapes up to 1 inch wide x 72 yards on a 3 inch core. The non-slip weighted base keeps the dispenser in place, permitting one hand to pull and tear the tape while freeing the other hand to hold the work.

A sharp, steel blade cuts tape straight, quick and clean. 3M designed the HB900 to be portable and can be conveniently taken where needed. The dispenser core holds tape rolls snugly for smooth pull-and-tear operation.
