All returned products are subject to evaluation by Ajax Tools. If a product is found to be defective, Ajax Tools will repair, replace or issue a credit for the product, at the option of Ajax Tools.

Exclusive Remedy

The sole and exclusive remedy for any defective product under this Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product, or issuance of a credit for the defective product. Ajax Tool shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
