LATHES LIMITED WARRANTY
HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. warrants all Ammco Brake Lathes, Brake Service Tools and Engine Service Tools described below to be fit for normal use and free from defects in materials and workmanship when these products leave the control of HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. The WARRANTY PERIOD for each product follows:
On Vehicle Brake lathes - 1 Year (Parts), 6 Months (Labor & On-Site Charges)
Bench Brake Lathes - 1 Year (Parts), 6 Months (Labor & On-Site Charges)
Arbors, Adapters and Accessories - 1 Year (Parts), Run-out on arbors and adapters - 30 days, 90 days on Belts and Environmental Lathe Enclosures
Brake Service Tools - 1 Year (Parts), 1 Year (Labor & On-Site Charges)
Engine Service Tools - 1 Year (Parts), 1 Year (Labor & On-Site Charges)
All warranties shall commence on the date of delivery to the first retail buyer or put into use, whichever is earlier. Further, all warranties apply only to defects in materials and workmanship existing when the product leaves the control of HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. which are discovered and reported to HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. Within the warranty period specified above. This warranty shall not apply when failure is caused by the purchaser’s misuse, abuse, neglect or by unauthorized alterations or repairs. HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. will not be responsible for loss of business or wages due to a product failure during the warranty period. This warranty extends only to the original using purchaser and is not assignable or transferable either voluntarily or by operation of law.
This warranty shall not apply to regular maintenance required in the ordinary course of use of the above specified products, ordinary wear and tear or items or supplies ordinarily used up, consumed or
worn out in the normal course of use of the products specified above, such as carbide toolbits, silencer bands, magnetic and pressure silencers.
PARTS LIMITED WARRANTY
HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. warrants all Ammco and Coats Service Parts described below to be fit for normal use and free from defects in materials and workmanship existing when these parts leave the control of HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. The WARRANTY PERIOD for each product follows:
All Ammco & Coats Service Parts - 6 Months (Parts), 30 Days (Labor & On-Site Charges)
This warranty shall not apply when failure is caused by the purchaser’s misuse, abuse, neglect or by unauthorized alterations or repairs.
