All parts of Arrow Fastener products containing electrical or electronic components or parts (other than batteries) are covered by a 2-Year Limited Warranty (Glue Guns and others).

Grommets are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty.

All parts of Arrow Fastener pneumatic products come with a 3-Year Warranty.

Arrow Fastener will repair or replace, FREE OF CHARGE, during the Warranty Period, any product that proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. Labor charges incurred by original purchaser to repair the product are excluded. This limited warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse or neglect. This is the exclusive warranty by Arrow Fastener Company for its manual products.
