Service and delivery from TOOLSiD was very good. The issue is the quality of the grinding wheel. The wheel abrasive is way to soft for even light jobs such as sharpening a carbon steel knife or mower blade. Way too much of the abrasive is removed and lots of grit and residue is scattered in addition to having grooves cut into the grinding wheel.
