Nightstick™ Xtreme Lumens™ 500 lm Black Tactical LED Flashlight by Bayco®. This compact metal Xtreme Lumens™ tactical flashlight uses an LED rated at 500 lumens that works in conjunction with a high-efficiency deep parabolic reflector to create a usable beam rated at 150 meters. The tail-cap switch provides momentary or constant-on functionality. The housing and tail-cap are made from aircraft-grade 6061-T6 aluminum and have a Type III hard-anodized finish. Power comes from 2 included CR123 Lithium batteries. (Not compatible with rechargeable batteries.)

Limited Lifetime Warranty
Bayco Products® warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the original purchaser’s lifetime. The Limited Lifetime Warranty includes the LEDs, housing and lenses. Rechargeable batteries, chargers, switches, electronics and included accessories are warranted for a period of two years with proof of purchase. Disposable, non-rechargeable batteries are excluded from this warranty. Normal wear and failures which are caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, faulty installation and lightning damage are also excluded. In the event that Bayco Products, Inc. receives notice that any product does not conform to its warranty, the original purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy, and Bayco Products, Inc.’s sole and exclusive liability, shall be for Bayco Products, Inc., at its sole option, to either repair or replace the non-conforming product in accordance with this limited warranty. The original purchaser shall follow the instructions below to qualify for a repair or replacement product. This is the only warranty, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limited 2-Year Warranty
Bayco Products® warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials to the original purchaser for two (2) years from the date of purchase, and includes the LEDs, housing, lenses, electronics, switches, rechargeable batteries and chargers. Disposable, non-rechargeable batteries are excluded from this warranty. Normal wear and failures which are caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, faulty installation and lightning damage are also excluded. Consequential damages, incidental damages or incidental expenses, including damage to property are also not covered under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state.

Limited 1-Year Warranty

Bulbs (other than LEDs) are covered for ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. Disposable non-rechargeable batteries are excluded from this warranty. Normal wear and failures which are caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, faulty installation and lightning damage are also excluded. Consequential damages, incidental damages or incidental expenses, including damage to property are also not covered under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Limited 90-Day Warranty
Bayco Products® warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials to the original purchaser for ninety (90) days from the date of purchase, and only cover failures due to defects in workmanship or materials.
