Airless Plastic Welder by Dent Fix Corporation®. The Dent Fix DF-EZA1 Airless Plastic Welder is an economical way to do limited plastic welding. Airless plastic welding has been around since the late 1970's and still can be used today. Capable of repairing most basic tears, gouges, cracks, and some tabs, airless plastic welding will accomplish virtually all repairs that can be performed using adhesives. Kit includes 2 tips (1 spade spreading tip, 1 feeder welding tip). 5 types of 3mm plastic rod in, ABS, Polypropylene, Polyethylene, Polycarbonate, and Polyurethane. Small compact sizes.

Capabilities
Airless welding offers a wide variety of plastic repair options for a minimal amount of investment. 5 different types of plastic rods are included in the kit and allow for repairing the following types of plastics: ABS, Polypropylene, Polyethylene, Polycarbonate, and Polyurethane. Easily select the correct temperature setting with the adjustment knob which raises or lowers the temperature of the tips to meet the heat requirements to correspond with the appropriate type of plastic. A plastic Feeder Welding Tip provides a great method to melt plastic material into the V-Grove of the repair. The Spade Spreading Tip can be used to smoothed out finish the repair.

Storage
Compact design allows for it to be placed inside of a tool box, bag, or cart with ease. Welding wand can be unplugged from the unit for easier storage.

Certificate of guarantee of limited warranty. Dent Fix Corporation guarantees this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of original purchase. Should any trouble develop during this period, consider the following:

New Product Warranty Claims: A product is considered new if it is in re-sellable condition. Re-sellable means that you are willing to take the tool back as new if the company repairs and re-packages the tool for you. Dent Fix Corporation will not add it back to its stock. Whether to repair or replace the product is at Dent Fix Corporation sole discretion.

Used Product Warranty Claims: A product is considered used when it has been used for more than 1 week and is no longer re-sellable. Whether to repair or replace the product is at the Dent Fix Corporation sole discretion.

Air Tools: All Dent Fix Corporation air tools carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Customer abuse, such as a lack of proper maintenance, and the damage caused therein is not covered under warranty.

Consumable: Any item that by its nature or design that wears, gets used up or is permanently changed by its usage is considered a consumable item. Drill bits are a consumable item and as such carry no warranties expressed or implied. There are several procedures the user can implement in order to extend drill bit life, but ultimately the drill bit will break or dull. It is up to the technician to ensure proper usage.

DF-1 Stud Welder: Lifetime – Chuck of slide hammer & Transformer; 5 year – Trigger switch.

DF-505 “The Maxi”: 5 years on internal components.

DF-601 Surge Protector: Lifetime – return for replacement if red L.E.D. does not light.

DF-900W Aluspot Stud Welder: 5 Years - Internal components.

DF-SPR67 Self-Piercing Riveter: 1 Year - Internal components.

The warranty does not apply where: repairs are required because of normal wear and tear; the tool has been abused or misused or improperly maintained; alterations have been made to the tool.

In no event shall Dent Fix be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages from the sale or use of the product. This disclaimer applies to both during and after the term of the warranty. Dent Fix disclaims liability for any implied warranties, including implied warranties of “merchantability” and “fitness for a specific purpose”, after the term of this warranty.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
