EZ Nitrogen™ Plastic Welder by Dent Fix Corporation®. The DF-EZN1 EZ NITRO PLASTIC WELDER is unique in its use of proprietary Flow Adjust Switch Technology (FAST). The FAST system makes the DF-EZN1 the easiest nitrogen welder to learn and use. It simplifies nitrogen welding and eliminates flow adjustments by the user. This significantly reduces the time to set up the welder and gets the work done FAST.

Equipped with two welders, the DF-EZN1 EZ NITRO incorporates both a nitrogen welding torch and an airless welding torch
The nitrogen torch is air cooled. It is essential to establish and maintain air flow before turning the welder on, and air flow must be maintained until the nitrogen torch cools down. (Usually 10 minutes to cool down after powering down)
The unit comes with plastic rod in various types and sizes to enable the user to weld different types of plastic and different types of damages
Also included is a roll of aluminum tape to hold parts together when welding
The hand seaming tool help shapes, flatten, and insure that repaired flanges and tabs are the correct thickness.
The cart is equipped with a tank regulator, tank brackets, tank chain, a heat gun holster, and a power strip for powering other tools such as the digital set heat gunand thermal hot stapler

General Warranty Information

Certificate of guarantee of limited warranty. Dent Fix Corporation guarantees this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of original purchase. Should any trouble develop during this period, consider the following:

New Product Warranty Claims: A product is considered new if it is in re-sellable condition. Re-sellable means that you are willing to take the tool back as new if the company repairs and re-packages the tool for you. Dent Fix Corporation will not add it back to its stock. Whether to repair or replace the product is at Dent Fix Corporation sole discretion.

Used Product Warranty Claims: A product is considered used when it has been used for more than 1 week and is no longer re-sellable. Whether to repair or replace the product is at the Dent Fix Corporation sole discretion.

Air Tools: All Dent Fix Corporation air tools carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Customer abuse, such as a lack of proper maintenance, and the damage caused therein is not covered under warranty.

Consumable: Any item that by its nature or design that wears, gets used up or is permanently changed by its usage is considered a consumable item. Drill bits are a consumable item and as such carry no warranties expressed or implied. There are several procedures the user can implement in order to extend drill bit life, but ultimately the drill bit will break or dull. It is up to the technician to ensure proper usage.

DF-1 Stud Welder: Lifetime – Chuck of slide hammer & Transformer; 5 year – Trigger switch.

DF-505 “The Maxi”: 5 years on internal components.

DF-601 Surge Protector: Lifetime – return for replacement if red L.E.D. does not light.

DF-900W Aluspot Stud Welder: 5 Years - Internal components.

DF-SPR67 Self-Piercing Riveter: 1 Year - Internal components.

The warranty does not apply where: repairs are required because of normal wear and tear; the tool has been abused or misused or improperly maintained; alterations have been made to the tool.

In no event shall Dent Fix be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages from the sale or use of the product. This disclaimer applies to both during and after the term of the warranty. Dent Fix disclaims liability for any implied warranties, including implied warranties of “merchantability” and “fitness for a specific purpose”, after the term of this warranty.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
