DeWALT SDS MAX High Impact Carbide and SDS Plus 2 Cutter Masonry Drill Bits are covered by the manufacturer’s No Break Guarantee. If your drill bit fails for any reason while the anchor wear mark is still visible on the product, DeWALT will replace it free of charge. Proof of purchase may be required.
This No Break Guarantee is given in lieu of all other warranties including the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and excludes all incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. 3-Year Limited Warranty
Most DeWALT Tools purchased on or after January 1, 2004 come with a warranty package that includes:

DeWALT Mechanics Tools are covered by the manufacturer’s Full Lifetime Warranty. If any DeWALT Mechanics Tool ever fails for any reason, DeWALT will replace it. No proof of purchase required.
Tools covered include wrenches, sockets, ratchets, and drive accessories.
This Full Lifetime Warranty excludes all incidental or consequential damages. Limited Lifetime Warranty
DeWALT Hand Tools Limited Lifetime Warranty
DeWALT warrants this product to the original purchaser for its useful life (not to exceed one year for products with electrical or electronic components) against deficiencies in material and workmanship. This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover products that are improperly used, abused, altered, or repaired. Deficient products will be replaced or repaired.

Eyewear and Ear Muff Warranty
Radians offers a lifetime limited guarantee on the frames of all DeWALT Protective Eyewear. The frames are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use, in accordance with the instructions, specifications, and warnings included with the product. Please read and follow warnings carefully. Should the frame of any DeWALT Protective Eyewear product fail under normal use, Radians' liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the frame, at Radians' option. If the particular product should be discontinued by Radians, then it will substitute eyewear of comparable or greater value. Incidental, special or consequential damages are disclaimed where permitted by law. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
Limited Warranty
Compressors: DeWALT heavy-duty industrial tools are warranted for one year from date of purchase. The company will repair, without charge, any defects due to faulty materials or workmanship. Heated Gear: DeWALT will replace, without charge, any defects due to faulty materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. This Warranty does not cover failure due to normal wear and tear. This warranty does not apply to accessories or damage caused where repairs have been made or attempted by others. This warranty is the only warranty offered by DeWALT, and any implied warranties shall not apply. DeWALT will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary in certain states or provinces. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. All batteries and chargers sold with heated jacket kits are covered by the standard 3-year warranty and 1-year service.
Pressure Washers: DeWALT agrees to repair or replace designated parts that prove defective within the warranty period listed below at the manufacturer’s sole discretion. Specific limitations/extensions and exclusions apply. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship and not parts failure due to normal wear, depreciation, abuse, accidental damage, negligence, improper use, maintenance, or storage. The judgments and decisions of the manufacturer concerning the validity of warranty claims are final. These warranties pass through to the end user and are nontransferable. As a factory authorized and trained Warranty Service Center, the factory will honor the terms of all component warranties. Normal wear items include, but are not limited to, valves and seals, which are not covered by this warranty. This warranty replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and all such warranties are hereby disclaimed and excluded by the manufacturer. The manufacturer’s warranty obligation is limited to repair and replacement of defective products as provided herein and the manufacturer shall not be liable for any further loss, damages, or expenses – including damages from shipping, accident, abuse, acts of God, misuse, or neglect. Neither is damage from repairs using parts not purchased from the manufacturer or alterations performed by non-factory authorized personnel. Failure to install and operate equipment according to the guidelines put forth in the instruction manual shall void the warranty. This warranty does not cover the following: machines used for rental purposes, damage resulting from shipping, accident, abuse, act of God, misuse, or neglect. Neither is damage from repairs or alterations performed by nonfactory authorized personnel or failure to install and operate equipment according to the guidelines put forth in the instruction manual. The manufacturer will not be liable to any persons for consequential damage, for personal injury, or for commercial loss.
High-Pressure Pump (defects in material and workmanship)
Two (2) years from date of purchase.
The warranty does not apply to failures due to:
- freight damage
- freeze damage
- damage caused by parts or accessories not obtained from an authorized dealer or not approved by DeWALT authorized dealer or not approved by the manufacturer
- normal wear of moving parts or components affected by moving parts.
