Dynabrade is one of the leaders in pneumatic abrasive tools and accessories. Since the company’s foundation in 1969, Dynabrade tools have been making surface preparation and finishing a faster and easier process. Whatever the surface, be it metal, wood, plastic, paint, composite, or stone, the brand’s product line has the right tool to polish, grain, debur, or otherwise give the surface a flawless finish. These products are made in the U.S., in a fully-equipped 150,000 sq. ft. production facility in Clarence, New York.
Not only do Dynabrade tools have quality, industrial-grade constructions, but they are also built to be as convenient and safe to use as possible. A lot of research and development go into addressing what is called VVIS – Vacuum, Vibration, Insulation, and Sound. The sanding process generates airborne particles, and the company’s self-generated and central vacuum tools keep them out of the operator and workplace. The insulated and composite parts of Dynabrade tools prevent cold and vibration from being transmitted to the operator. Special design features are implemented to reduce noise levels protecting the worker’s hearing. And of course, using an ergonomically-designed tool increases the level of comfort and control. That’s what the company pays a great deal of attention to as well.
The Dynafile is probably the most famous of Dynabrade belt sanders. It is appropriate for use on a variety of surfaces including glass, fiberglass, and rubber and is comfortable to work with in confined spaces. The Dynafile lineup includes a variety of options including detail sanders that help achieve a perfect surface finish during car detailing and restoration; super-lightweight finger sanders; wet sanders that instantly flush abrasive particles; and much more. The lineup of Dynabrade orbital sanders includes a whole array of tools that ensure a smooth, swirl-free sanding action. Dynabrade die grinders offer different HP and torque outputs and come in a full range of models, including straight and angled, those designed for high-precision deburring and reaching extremely tight areas, and many more.
