Fill-Rite warrants each consumer buyer of its products from date of sale that goods of its manufacture shall be free from defects of materials and workmanship.
Warranty duration for products purchased July 1, 2019 and after
FR1200 Series, FR2400 Series, FR4200 Series, FR4400 Series, FR700V Series, FR300V Series, NX25-120 Series, NX25-DDC Series, FR600 Series
- Lifetime: Pump castings are warrantied against material and manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the pump. This excludes paint and corrosion related issues. Castings include, but are not limited to, motor frames, inlet flanges and bung adapters, junction box covers, motor housings, pump housings, switch plates, and end bells
- 5 Years: The motor and associated components within the pump are warrantied against material and manufacturing defects for a period of 5 years. Motor components include, but are not limited to, magnets, armatures, brush assemblies, thermal protectors, lead wires, brush holders, circuit boards, and circuit board wiring harnesses
- 2 Years: Wearable components necessary for the proper function of the pump are warrantied from material and manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years. Components include, but are not limited to, seals, gaskets, o-rings, springs, vanes, bypass caps, nozzle boots, switch shaft assembly components, line switches, rotors, rotor covers, and paint. Paint is warrantied for material and manufacturing defects such as adhesion. Normal wear from product use, exposure to the elements and/or chemicals resulting in paint degradation or corrosion are excluded
- 1 Year: Accessories included in the package are warrantied from material and manufacturing defects for the period of 1 year. Accessories include, but are not limited to, accessory cabling and cable connectors, elbows, hoses, nozzles, suction tubes, swivels, and anti-siphon kits
Sotera 400 Series - 5 Years - All components warrantied from manufacturing or material defects.
Cabinets, Hand Pumps, FMS Hardware, DEF Systems, TN Series, TM Series, TS Series, TT Series, 800 Series, 900 Series, RD Series
- 2 Years: All pump, cabinet, and meter components warrantied from manufacturing or material defects
Accessories, Parts, and Standard Duty Pumps (SD1600, SD1200, SD600, SD62, SD11) - 1 Year - All components warrantied from manufacturing or material defects.
Items not covered under this warranty include, but are not limited to, miscellaneous fasteners, washers, labels, nameplates, rivets, emblems, packaging, teflon tape, wiring nuts, and documentation.

Sotera 400 Series - 5 Years - All components warrantied from manufacturing or material defects.

The foregoing warranties will not extend to goods subject to misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or maintenance, or have been repaired by anyone other than the Manufacturer or its authorized representative.
