High Impact Plastic Hookit Speed File by Hutchins®. The 5501 or PF-16 as it's known in the industry, is our most popular hand file. Flexible plastic construction allows sanding of convex or concave profiles. Waterproof for wet sanding. Uses 2 ¾" X 17" sandpaper. Similar models: 5501H, 5540, 5502 & 5507.
