Subject to the limitation expressed, Martin Sprocket & Gear, Inc. and Martin Sprocket & Gear Canada Inc., and Martin Sprocket & Gear de Mexico, S.A. de C.V., make the following warranties: they warrant that each of the products of manufacture will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for 12 months from the date of delivery to the original user.
