Milwaukee Sprayer

Aerosols and sprays are a staple in many industries. Invented many years ago, they are widely used for health care, painting, automotive and motorcycle servicing, gardening, various manufacturing processes, and so on. Most of them utilize liquefied gases as propellants, but actually, there are certain drawbacks you can face getting such products. First, most of these gases are highly flammable and quite dangerous for the environment. Second, you can't control the pressure and density of the liquid inside a bottle and the size of droplets, which can be crucial when you're applying lubricants, cleaners, paints, or other substances.

Finally, the quality of atomizing, your expenses on liquid materials, and the results of your work can be not as good as you expect. In order to address such issues, the market offers reusable and adjustable sprayers, and those offered by Milwaukee Sprayer take a special place. The company has been manufacturing them in Wisconsin since the early 1930s. Marketed under the Milwaukee Sprayer Sure Shot nameplate, these sprayers are available in several series including the Model A, Model M, and Model B. The first and second lines are often used in industrial applications, while the third one includes atomizers featuring smaller liquid capacity.

Portable and refillable, all of them can be used with a great variety of chemicals except for acids and paints. The Model A features a steel reservoir having 32 oz. liquid capacity, which comes with a powder-coated or nickel-plated finish and can be utilized for solvents and oil-based liquids. The Model M has a 24 oz. liquid capacity and an industrial anodized finish on both the exterior and interior, which makes it more preferable for use with water-based fluids. Meanwhile, both of these lineups come with corrosion-resistant parts and replaceable brass nozzles selected for different cone patterns and density. As for the Model B, it's also made from aluminum and features a 16 oz. capacity, while its diameter is the same as in most aerosol cans.
