Warranty

National Spencer offers its industry-leading two and five-year warranties on products.

Any new product found to be defective in material or workmanship within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced (at manufacturer’s option) without charge to the original purchaser. This warranty is void if:

The product has been damaged by accident or unreasonable use, neglect, improper service or installation, or other causes not arising out of defects in material or workmanship
The serial number (if applicable) has been altered or defaced

National-Spencer shall not be liable for loss of use of the product or other incidental or consequential costs, expenses, or damages incurred by the purchaser.

Repairs and/or replaced new parts are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for one year, however, this additional warranty applies only to the specific parts repaired or replaced.
