Take advantage of a cut rate that's up to 20-percent higher than other surface-conditioning belts when you choose this Bear-Tex Rapid Prep AO medium grit non-woven file belt for your file belt sander. Proprietary Clean Bond resin technology and an open coat provide smear-free finishes, even on alloys with high nickel content, while minimizing loading on soft metals, such as aluminum. The premium aluminum oxide abrasive grain makes this belt a good choice for medium grit blending, deburring and finishing applications, and the bonding of nylon fiber to a strong Y-weight polyester backing makes it ideal for low-stretch applications.
