Whenever you need to gouge or perform fine cuts on metal pieces, a cutting torch will do the job. The cutting process is similar to welding, but high-temperature flames are used to sever rather than to unite different parts. A typical cutting torch consists of a body or a handle, a mixing chamber, a flame tube, and a tip. Two hoses connect the handle with oxygen and gas cylinders, while two valves control the respective flows. The design is similar to that of welding torches, but cutting ones have a trigger to boost the oxygen flow.
Extra oxygen increases the heat exponentially, as the trigger bypasses the regulator to convey pure oxygen. Keeping every part of the torch in good condition is essential to obtain excellent results and ensure safety. Welding and cutting should not be taken lightly, and it's wise to use only quality products. On our virtual shelves, we have stocked an extensive selection of first-rate cutting torches, handles, and attachments for light-, medium-, and heavy-duty applications. We also offer full kits with different kinds of tips and attachments. We cooperate exclusively with reputable companies in the market to ensure not only efficiency and durability but also safety.
